Gandaia offers free exchanges on the first exchange. The shipping cost of a second exchange must be paid by the customer.

You must register your return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please access our Returns & Exchanges Portal to register your return or exchange.

Please follow the steps on our Returns & Exchanges Portal. The portal will provide you with a prepaid return label and all the necessary information for you to schedule a pick-up or to drop off at the carrier's collection point.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including dust/tote bag).

If the returns & exchanges portal is not working or showing the desired exchange product(s) please email our customer service team at support@gandaia.store, please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.

Once we have received your original order back at our warehouse we will process your return/exchange within 3 working days.

Drop off your parcel at the chosen pick-up point.
