Orders placed until 11am (Lisbon time) are dispatched on the same working day.

TAXES & DUTIES:

EUROPEAN UNION, UK, SWITZERLAND, USA & AUSTRALIA
All duties, customs and taxes are included, meaning nothing will be charged.

REST OF EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your country. GANDAIA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges.

The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. 

If the country of destination is not found at checkout, please contact our customer service team at support@gandaia.store to check the fee.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and with the courier in charge of your shipment.

International customers can pay through debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay, Klarna and other payment methods specific to your geographic location. Portuguese customers can use all of the above, as well as MB WAY and Multibanco.

All orders will be shipped within 0-2 business days after the order takes place.

If, for any chance you can’t track your package on the courier website, please contact us. Transit times will vary depending on your location but please allow 1-2 business days in the European Union and USA. Other International locations may take 2-3 business days on transit.

You must register your return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please access our Returns & Exchanges Portal to register your return or exchange.

If you are having difficulties on our Returns & Exchanges Portal please e-mail our customer service team at support@gandaia.store, please allow 1-3 business days for a reply. 

Returns: once a package is received, checked and approved, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued within 5 business days for the total product(s) value minus the cost of the return.

Exchanges: once a package is received, checked and approved, we will exchange it for the desired item(s) within 2 business days, free of additional shipping costs.
